Brian Marquis was raised Catholic and grew up in Bow, NH.  He went to the University of New Hampshire and Dartmouth College where he received an undergraduate and graduate degrees in health care management.  He moved to Atlanta, GA for three years where he met his wife Nicole.

He and Nicole moved back to NH in 2003 to begin their life together.  They attended Manchester Christian Church where Brian gave his life to Christ and was baptized in 2009.  The Lord moved in remarkable ways leading Brian into ministry with the homeless in Manchester and later bringing the family into ministry at a new church in Epping, NH near to where they lived in Fremont.

Through the church in Epping, Brian moved into a role as a bi-vocational pastor for about two years.  The time pressure of owning a business and pastoring a church proved too challenging a demand on his primary ministry, his family.  He left his role as a pastor to be more present with his wife and two kids, Zealand and Molly.

Today, Brian still owns a business and is very active at Portsmouth Christian Academy, where Zealand and Molly attend high school, as a member of the board and through coaching youth sports.  He has devoted time in studying discipleship with an amazing mentor and cohort of peers.  Brian is excited to see where God invites him to participate in His unfolding kingdom as his kids finish up high school and he and Nicole look forward to the next fruitful season of this life.
