Our Vision: As disciples of Jesus, we want to GROW through relevant and challenging Bible study, prayer & spiritual conversations and follow Jesus by using our time, talents and treasure to REACH OUT to others with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Our Culture: Following the example of Jesus and his disciples, we desire to CONNECT women in a loving environment where they can be authentic, repentant & honest such that God’s glorious transforming work is visible, resulting in a growing community of faithful worshippers.

GROW: “This is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” John 17:3

CONNECT: “Love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35

REACH OUT: “ Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

MOMS IN PRAYER INTERNATIONAL: contact Deb Turcotte, NH Regional Coordinator at DebTurcotteMIP@outlook.com, website: MomsInPrayer.org

Moms in Prayer International impacts students and schools worldwide for Christ by gathering mothers (and grandmothers) to pray. Our vision is that every school in the world would be covered with prayer. Locally we have groups praying for PCA and UNH, and 2 grandmother groups praying for multiple schools. Your child’s school needs prayer. Contact us to find out how to begin.

MOmco: contact: mops@durhame.org, website: www.mops.org/groups/dec

Mothers of Preschoolers is a sisterhood of mothers that exists to encourage and equip moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women, & leaders, in relationship with Jesus. It is our desire to provide community, connection, and the love of Jesus for moms in our neighborhoods and local churches.

We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at DEC from 9:00-11:00am. Childcare for 0-5 years old is provided. A typical meeting includes childcare, coffee, brunch, conversation, and a topic to learn about and discuss. We also offer playdates, Mom’s Night Out events, and more.

MOPS Fall 2023 registration is open. Please CLICK HERE to register!

Motherhood is hard! But you don’t have to do it alone. Come join us for brunch, meaningful conversation, and encouragement.

HOMESCHOOLING GROUP: contact Donna Pincince at dmpin@comcast.net

This group exists to support and encourage homeschoolers affiliated with DEC. We seek to provide a Titus 2:3-5 environment to help mentor those in this stage of life. The group hosts meetings that are Biblically-centered and include prayer, fellowship, mutual support and encouragement. It provides an email list to share resources for group learning activities, field trips, and family gatherings.

GRACE CHINESE CHRISTIAN CHURCH WOMEN’S MINISTRY: contact Sue Li at sue.li.97@gmail.com

This church has been meeting in the DEC facility for many years and has sought close affiliation with DEC’s ministry. Language is a challenge and necessitates separate meetings. This ministry focuses on ministering to the needs of women whose first language is Chinese Mandarin. We meet weekly on Sunday afternoon with an overarching goal of developing mature Christians, disciples and servant leaders to make an impact in their personal lives and our local Chinese American community.

REACH OUT

BE THE VILLAGE: contact Rebecca Bergman at becca@bethevillagenh.org

With a shortage of foster homes in NH, retention of foster families is crucial. On average, 50% of foster families do not continue for a second year, putting kids back into the system and deepening their trauma. We want to wrap around foster families providing emotional and tangible support to strengthen their network, helping to sustain the family and minimize burnout. Be The Village NH works to mobilize the community to support vulnerable children and their families to promote restoration.
