Suzanne grew up in a small New Hampshire town with a one-room schoolhouse. She always knew she wanted to be a teacher and followed that dream.  She taught for twenty-six years and was awarded the New Hampshire Teacher of the Year in 2001.  From that she transitioned to a leadership role with the latest being a principal in Rye, New Hampshire for 9 years. She has spent every year since she was a teenager working or leading children's ministry in various churches. She joined Durham Evangelical in the summer of 2022 and loves the challenge of bringing Christ to young people and working with a spectacular volunteer team at DEC.

Suzanne lives with her husband Greg, a retired pastor, in Dover, NH and has raised two wonderful children. She loves reading, walking, and spending time with her five grandchildren.
