Prayer is a foundational part of our church and its growth in Christ. The Prayer Ministry at DEC desires to encourage prayer in small groups, church-wide, and individual private prayer.
We have prayer teams that meet on Sunday mornings from 8:30 AM to 8:55 AM and from 10:00 AM to 10:25 AM downstairs in classroom #1. These are times as small groups that we spend in praise to our Lord, in silent confession of our sin, in thanks to God for His many blessings and answered prayers. We lift up requests for needs we have or for others, for the church and the community around us. We pray for our elders and staff. We pray for individual ministries and those serving in missions globally and locally.
Everyone is welcome to join us at either time.

We also have our Night of Prayer the first Wednesday of every month from 7:00 to 8:00 PM which meets in the Community Room. It is a wonderful time to come together in prayer.
