Bill Miskimen

ELDER

Bill grew up in a non-religious and broken family in Illinois and later moved to Connecticut to live with his father. While in Connecticut Bill came to know the Grace and Redemption offered by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and came to faith, attending Evangelical Free and Christian Missionary Alliance churches throughout High School and College.

Bill graduated from Norwich University as part of the Corps of Cadets program and was commissioned as a 2nd Lt in the United States Air Force through ROTC before marrying his wife Andrea a week later. Bill spent nearly 6 years on Active Duty serving at several stateside assignments and in a combat zone before separating as a Captain. Bill currently works performing Incident Response and Digital Forensics in the private sector.

Bill and Andrea have been married for 14 years and have two children. They returned to the seacoast in late 2015 and started attending DEC in 2016. Bill has led a DEC small group and has been active in Children’s and Men’s Ministries at DEC. He currently volunteers at his children’s school and has coached soccer in the local community.
