When Should God get consulted?:
It really is a serious question—what are the things in life that rise to the level of making us seek God’s involvement. We usually don’t pray for guidance on what breakfast cereal to eat, but we definitely want God’s guidance on what job to take or college to attend. Prayer is a complex thing, isn’t it? We serve a God that knows all things before they happen, and yet He tells us repeatedly to lay at His throne our needs? Why? What is it about prayer that seems so important to our Heavenly Father? What is it that drives you to your knees seeking the help of God? This week is all about that thing called PRAYER.
