We are…

Moms ranging in age from our 20’s to our 40’s;

First time moms and beyond;

Seeking friendship, encouragement, and a break.

While our children…

Are in the loving care of experienced adults in age-appropriate settings;

Play, learn, sing and enjoy doing crafts;

Make new friends, too!

At our meetings, we…

Listen to interesting speakers address relevant and challenging issues for women and families;

Share our joys, our difficulties, and our experiences with parenting in a safe place;

Enjoy a two-hour window of adult company, complete with great food!

Beyond meetings we…

Have play dates for both moms and kids to grow in friendship;

Why Do I Need MOPS?

I was lost in a world of diapers and sippy cups. MOPS changed my life. I realized that there are lots of other moms out there just like me, struggling with the same challenges of raising preschoolers. And it is so much better to face them together than alone. MOPS is that place that I can go to and not have to face things alone, and to be able to build strong friendships. MOPS has taught me that I don’t need to be perfect in order to be the best mom that I can be for my kids. ~ Catrina

At MOPS I made some of the strongest friendships of my life and I found some great support to get me through the good and bad days of parenting. My MOPS group is so helpful to me because at the meetings I get a break from caring for my kids, I eat my own food and talk with other moms. I am also reminded how precious my children really are and how valuable the time is that I spend with them during these young years of their lives. ~ Anne
